The problem with typical searches for help<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

What is the real problem in my business?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Business leaders of small businesses seek help because they have a feeling, or a sense, that something isn\u2019t quite right in their business. Or perhaps they know something isn\u2019t performing as expected, but can’t quite pin-point it quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That happens frequently, so you are not alone in that journey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most could identify the issue and design a solution, but they are extremely busy, and have little time to conduct research on their own or to gain the expertise to accurately and quickly diagnose what is actually going on inside their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When business leaders or their change agents are looking for online guidance it can take a long time. It is hard to separate the solid advice from the fluff and one can quickly be overwhelmed with attractive promises that leave you back where you started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clickbait sites catch our attention by offering the \u201cone thing you need for success<\/em>“, or \u201cthe secret that can fix it all<\/em>\u201d but only if you use their <\/em>system\u2014curriculum, materials and programs that end up being very expensive. Those teaser sites design urgent “BUY NOW before it’s too late<\/em>” call-to-action messages to inject fear into your current concern. They exploit your curiosity by forcing you to dig deeper\u2014investing your time without ever giving you the satisfaction of the answer you seek. Finally their motives become clear\u2014they’re after YOUR attention to make money for themselves, often based on the actual number of your Ad clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We really dislike that approach!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even the experts have to overcome bias about root cause<\/strong><\/a><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

And sometimes, results over time may not even address the root cause.
